What types of home decor items do you offer?

Yes, our home decor items, such as the 3D Tree Pendulum Wall Clock and whimsical kitchen prints, make thoughtful gifts for various occasions. Their creative aesthetics and high-quality materials ensure they are well-received by recipients.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
How can I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at emilhomman@hotmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
What if I am located in the European Union?
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
